Tim Hortons is expanding across the UK, and we're looking for outgoing individuals with restaurant, quick service, or coffee shop experience to join us as Restaurant Shift / Floor Managers. We prioritize exceptional customer service and a strong team environment. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager and lead our team to deliver outstanding service, maintain operational standards, and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customer satisfaction, manage staff scheduling, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • People Management: Encourage team suggestions, provide performance feedback, foster a respectful workplace, and support HR processes.
  • Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, ensure proper product merchandising, coach upselling, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operations: Manage KPIs such as sales and safety standards, oversee stock and equipment maintenance, and ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.
Key Requisites
  • Previous restaurant management experience.
  • Flexible and disciplined work approach.
  • Experience in food environments is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • High standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Experience handling customer complaints.
  • Commitment to health and safety procedures.
