Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customer needs, schedule staff effectively, support operational efficiency, conduct store walks.
• People: Encourage suggestions, provide feedback, create a respectful team environment, manage performance with HR support.
• Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, ensure proper product merchandising, coach staff on upselling, evaluate restaurant improvements.
• Operations: Monitor KPIs, handle stock orders, oversee equipment maintenance, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, manage opening/closing procedures.
