As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in running the store by leading and inspiring your team to maintain high store standards for our customers.

You will also:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and store standards.
2. Support and motivate your team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
3. Provide colleagues with the necessary skills, knowledge, and training.
4. Operate and implement processes to meet all legal requirements.
5. Have a strong knowledge of and ability to deliver KPIs.
