Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customers, ensure operational efficiency, and conduct regular store walks.
• People: Encourage suggestions, provide performance feedback, foster a positive team environment, and manage performance with HR support.
• Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, merchandise products correctly, coach upselling, and seek continuous improvement.
• Operations: Monitor KPIs, manage stock and equipment, oversee opening/closing procedures, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and work flexible shifts.
