Job Description

The responsibilities include:

  • Providing a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise.
  • Confidently demonstrating and applying products to customers while making recommendations to achieve sales and targets.
  • Driving and achieving individual and team objectives, being accountable for meeting sales results and KPIs.
  • Staying passionate about industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge through brand and store information, education materials, and training.
  • Proactively engaging with clients to develop customer loyalty.
  • Contacting clients about new ranges, products, and in-store events.
  • Planning and delivering in-store events in collaboration with store and brand teams.
  • Maintaining high standards of visual presentation in stores.
  • Ensuring personal grooming standards in line with company policies.
  • Supporting stock counts and operational duties.
  • Promoting the brand and company image positively.
  • Supporting the store management team.
  • Building strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Participating as a team player to meet store objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Championing company culture and values.

Qualifications

The person should:

  • Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within fashion retail.
  • Exhibit high energy levels.
  • Be confident, assertive, and personable.
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-driven to upskill and learn.
  • Be resilient and resourceful.
  • Be a natural coach and leader.
