To succeed as a Restaurant Shift / Floor Manager, you should be a great leader and a positive team player with previous experience in the Restaurant & Customer Service sector within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility to work various shifts (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Tim Hortons Restaurant Shift/Floor Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Lead by example, prioritize customers, support operational efficiency, and conduct store walks.
• People: Encourage suggestions, provide feedback, foster a positive team environment, and manage performance in collaboration with HR.
• Driving Sales: Understand sales trends, ensure proper product merchandising, coach staff on upselling, and seek continuous improvement.
• Operations: Monitor KPIs, manage stock, oversee equipment maintenance, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, and handle opening/closing procedures.

Key Requisites

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Flexible, disciplined work approach
• Experience in food environment is advantageous but not essential
