Restaurant Manager - Crows Nest Beefeater - Tring

Salary: up to £39,250

Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the General Manager in recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members.
2. Demonstrating leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre-shift briefs.
3. Driving high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
4. Maintaining high standards and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
5. Showing passion for the brand and ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.
6. Managing labour and cost margins effectively, driving sales and revenue, and using guest feedback to maximize opportunities.
7. Championing change and implementing innovations with the team.
