Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

• Leadership experience in a kitchen environment, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to have considerate and supportive conversations.
• Experience ensuring high standards of food, health, and safety.
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture through recruitment and ongoing development.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
