Gravity Recruit Limited is helping a respected independent hospitality business in Stirling hire a Restaurant Manager. You’ll lead the restaurant’s daily operation alongside the owners and kitchen team, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You’ll influence standards, develop the team and uphold Rosette-level quality. We’re seeking someone who leads by example, takes pride in surroundings and builds strong relationships with guests and colleagues.

Formación

• Experience in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Supervisor position.
• A background in quality-focused restaurants, boutique hotels or establishments operating to Rosette-level standards.
• A genuine enthusiasm for food, wine and delivering attentive, personalised service.
• The confidence to lead, motivate and support a team in a hands-on environment.
• High standards of presentation, organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive, professional approach and the ability to build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.

Our client is looking for a restaurant manager for their key unit in Stirling.

The Role:

Working alongside the owners and kitchen team, you'll help lead the restaurant's daily operation, ensuring that every guest receives a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
