My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their fine dining restaurant in this stylish hotel in Scotland. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the F and B Director and oversee the day:to:day running of the restaurant.
