My client owns a collection of independent venues across London, featuring stylish bars and a welcoming atmosphere. These venues focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and vibrant energy, making them ideal for social gatherings and events. The site is a lively events venue offering excellent food and drinks, with a dynamic environment that encourages team development through mentorship and leading by example.

Role of Restaurant Manager:

We are seeking a strong leader to manage this venue. Your responsibilities include mentoring and inspiring your team to excel and exceed guest expectations. The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to return. You should possess excellent confidence and interpersonal skills, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a service-oriented environment.

What We Expect from You as a Restaurant Manager:
  • Demonstrate a high standard of quality, attention to detail, and a warm, approachable manner that leaves a positive first impression.
  • Possess a strong front-of-house presence, charisma, and a personable demeanor.
