Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team, inspire excellence, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

In this role you will manage daily operations, drive sales, mentor staff, and build a welcoming brand presence in your local community. The package includes £33,300–£35,000 base salary plus performance bonus, generous holiday entitlement, and clear progression opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example, mentor, coach and develop your team so they feel supported and proud to wear the Tim Hortons uniform.
• Deliver amazing guest experiences from the first hello to the last goodbye.
• Run the restaurant like it’s yours; manage daily operations, sales, customer satisfaction, stock, and shift planning.
• Drive culture, create a positive, fun, and high-energy environment where people love to work and stay; not just show up.
• Build community, be the welcoming face of Tim Hortons in your local area.
