Haven at the Bluff Inn is recruiting a Kitchen Team Manager to lead a high-energy JD Wetherspoons kitchen. You will coach the team, manage resources, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering exceptional meals and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large kitchen teams.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
