Overview

Restaurant Manager Plus up to £6,400 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years earnings). We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to work in our fabulous Restaurant in Winchester. As Restaurant Manager you will share our passion for the industry and have previous experience in a similar role. You’ll drive your department forward through developing your people, implementing activity and controlling resources. You’ll be an effective leader who is approachable and honest and you’ll improve the business using your commercial knowledge.

What you’ll be getting up to

• Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly whilst maintaining a relaxed and informal style
• Ensuring our guests are shown the best possible dining experience
• Effectively planning and delegating activities whilst ensuring our high standards are maintained
• Motivating your team by providing excellent support and training
• Driving business performance by using financial data and planning effectively

Responsibilities

• You’ll need to have worked as a Restaurant Manager before.
