We are a multi-award-winning restaurant looking for an experienced and confident restaurant and bar manager to lead our front of house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high quality guest experience.
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality whilst controlling costs.
• Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance.
• Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, experiences, offers and events.
• Manage rota planning.
• Collaborate with events manager for wedding function sheets.
• Hiring, training, and scheduling employees while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  
  

Key Skills

• Licensing Qualification: an accredited licensing qualification to sell alcohol.
• Customer Service Excellence: Handling guest interactions and ensuring great experiencee.
• Proven experience as a restaurant and bar manager in a similar role.
• String leadership skills, with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• A lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
• Sommelier or mixology experience.
• Strong IT skills to manage reservation system.
