Set within a stunning country inn, this 2 rosette restaurant offers an exceptional fine dining experience focused on elegant, seasonal cuisine and impeccable service. With a strong reputation for quality and sophistication, I am now seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team to continued success.
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this gorgeous restaurant. Your mission is to ensure seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the standards expected of a 5-star, award-winning establishment. You will work closely with the Head Chef, F&B Manager, and the wider hotel team to deliver excellence at every level.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver an outstanding guest experience in line with 2 Rosette standards
Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including private dining and events
Train, develop and motivate FOH staff to maintain high performance and service consistency
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu changes, wine pairings, and service briefings
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage budgets and costs efficiently
Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements
Address and resolve guest feedback in a professional and timely manner
Assist with recruitment, rotas, and performance reviews
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fine dining or luxury hotel setting
Deep understanding of high-end guest service, food, and wine
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
Knowledge of AA Rosette or Michelin standards is highly desirable
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
