Macks in Manchester is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager for a confidential, early-stage hospitality concept. The right candidate will bring a fine-dining background and be eager to shape the operation from day one.

You will build the team, set service standards, and lead with a hands-on approach to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a 5-day week, with a salary around £30k+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong fine-dining / 1-2 rosette experience.
• Previous restaurant management or senior FOH experience.
• Genuine focus on service and guest experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

I’m working on a confidential opportunity with a new hospitality concept in Manchester, and I’m looking for someone with a strong fine-dining background who wants to be involved in something from an early stage.

This isn’t just about running a restaurant day to day. The right person will have the opportunity to help shape the operation, build the team and set the standards from the outset.
