Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to the highest standards, leading by example.
• Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
• Develop a learning culture and ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.
• Manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, providing regular feedback and appraisals.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all guest requests and queries.
• Analyze Mystery Diner reports and communicate findings back to your team, finding ways to improve and learn.

About you:

• You have 2+ years of experience in this position.
• You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service and can cope well under pressure during busy services.
• You have excellent English language skills.
