Job summary

Brindisa Tapas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team with an engaging, humble leadership style and be the face of Brindisa Kitchens.

You will bring a good understanding of operations, finance and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience, with ideally two years in an Assistant GM/Assistant Manager role within casual or high-end dining.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager in casual or high-end restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Brindisa Kitchens with an open, engaging and humble leadership style.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, financial controls, and guest experience to deliver outstanding service.
