Key responsibilities of your role as Restaurant Manager:

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times, leading by example to the highest standards.
• Build and maintain an efficient team, driving towards the business objectives.
• Develop a learning culture where all team members feel valued and rewarded.
• Manage all employees according to skills and standards, providing regular feedback and appraisals.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and queries.
• Analyze Mystery Diner reports and communicate findings to your team, seeking continuous improvement.

About you:

• You have 2+ years of experience in this role.
• You have the skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the front-of-house operations.
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service and remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
• You possess excellent English language skills.
