Job Description:

• Customer Service: Overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and outstanding product knowledge.
• Operational Management: Contributing to the profitable operation of the hotel by maintaining budgets, controlling stock and consumables, managing staff rotas, and incorporating staff holidays efficiently.
• Guest Relations: Building rapport with guests to maximize sales opportunities and generate future business.
• Duty Management: Performing occasional Duty Management shifts as required.
• Leadership Role: Acting as a pivotal and charismatic figurehead in the lounges, serving as a “host” alongside the senior management team.
