The Role

As a Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment that inspires the team through motivation, training, and leading by example.

You will coach your team to reach their full potential, embracing our core values: Care, Community, and Connection.

You will be supported by a structured training plan to develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.

This role requires supervising the serving of alcohol.

Requirements

At least one year’s experience as a Server or Supervisor in a similar restaurant environment.
