As a Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing all aspects within your department, supported by a dedicated team and reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager. Your responsibilities will include achieving high customer ratings, providing impeccable service, and increasing sales and profit throughout the business without negatively impacting the customer experience.
You will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience. You will be highly visible in the front-of-house operation and will spend time communicating with your guests in this engaging and vibrant environment.
This is NOT an office-based role. It is not corporate-focused but purely hospitality, focusing on delivering extra touches that make a difference.
The successful candidate will have a background in hospitality, possibly from hotel operations where tourists and returning customers are part of your core clientele, and who seek a first-class experience every time they visit.
Candidates should demonstrate career progression and stability in their CV, with experience aligned to delivering excellent service in this type of environment.
