Job summary

Ivy Restaurants Ltd is seeking a confident Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house service across our Harry's venue in the UK. You will inspire a friendly, courteous team and ensure exceptional guest experiences during busy service.

With 2+ years in management, you will coach staff, respond to guest requests, monitor standards, and use feedback to drive improvement. Excellent English and composure under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• You have 2 years + experience in this position.
• You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
• You have excellent English language skills

Responsibilities

• To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to the highest standards, leading by example.
• To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
• To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.
• To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals
• To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team, finding ways to improve and learn.
