Our venue is perfect for weddings, corporate events, special celebrations, and everyday dining experiences.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Bourn. The Restaurant Manager will be part of an exciting business relaunch, oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and high standards of service. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and managing staff
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in a hospitality or food service environment is a plus, as well as multi zone venue management and experience with takeaway offering
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not necessary
