Job Description

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, conferencing, and catering areas. The role ensures high standards of service, guest satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with brand and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all F&B outlets and lead the F&B team.
  • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and uphold menu standards.
  • Oversee the creation of menus.
  • Collaborate with departments to coordinate events and services.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and action plans.
  • Conduct training, staff onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Participate in the Duty Manager rota to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Financial understanding including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of licensing laws.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Accor standards is an advantage.
