Sous Chef | Full time

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and working with the team to coach on the go
• supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• celebrates team success and recognizes individual drives and needs
