Sous Chef | Full-time

The Role |

As a sous chef, you'll lead with passion, focusing on creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You'll be an expert in food quality and standards, inspiring and engaging your team through your knowledge and leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve their best
  • Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching staff
  • Knowledgeable about food safety, health standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs

  • Weekly pay plus tips (100% of tips go to the team)
