Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team.

The Junior Sous Chef Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, you will play a key role in supporting the culinary leadership team in delivering exceptional cuisine across our dining outlets. You will bring creativity, precision, and a passion for excellence to every dish, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. You’ll also support in the training and mentoring of the culinary team and help drive operational efficiency and innovation.

You will be working in a refined and fast-paced environment, dedicated to delivering memorable experiences to our guests through exceptional food and service.
