Job summary

Salary ranges £38,000–£42,000 with quarterly bonuses, extra holiday, life assurance, staff discounts, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and driving performance.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate staff.
• Strong operations and admin skills, including rostering and stock.
