Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead and own the restaurant, driving performance, guest experience, and team culture across every shift in the UK. You’ll be responsible for rostering, stock control, and reporting while delivering exceptional service and a standout guest experience.

As a GM you’ll recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, set the vibe, and ensure operations run smoothly.

• Proven experience leading restaurant teams and driving performance.
• Ability to coach and develop people to raise standards.
• Strong operations discipline with focus on guest experience.
