Job summary

KFC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, own performance, people, culture and results, ensuring the restaurant delivers brilliant guest experiences while building a high-performing, future-ready team.

You will drive operations, develop leaders, recruit diverse talent, manage labour and stock, and sustain fast, friendly service while embracing change. Collaborate with the Area Coach to drive long-term business success.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate staff.
Strong understanding of KPIs, costs and profitability.
