Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers to take full ownership of their restaurant. You’ll be a proven operator within a fast-paced environment, able to motivate your teams to deliver high standards and strong metrics across people, sales, profit and guest experience.

This role offers a 10% performance bonus, a £1000 management referral bonus, 30 days holiday plus a birthday day off, private healthcare, free meals on shift and multiple employee perks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Track record of delivering safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Experience hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards.
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans and succession for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering and waste to target.
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Bring energy to the team and maintain a high-spirited culture.
