With 3+ years in restaurant leadership, you will oversee hiring, training, and development of managers and staff, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong P&L performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Leadership experience in full-service restaurants or bars.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Role modelling hospitality to guests and team members.
• Lead hospitality and guest service across the operation.
• Build and implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for multiple positions.
• Develop managers and supervisors for succession and growth.
• Oversee P&L accountability and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to align front- and back-of-house.
• Drive the guest experience to achieve consistent excellence.
