You will own performance, culture, and standards, and develop leaders through coaching, feedback, and strong people practices.

You will recruit diverse talent, manage labour and stock, and drive profitability with sound decision-making. This role requires resilience in a busy environment and a passion for hospitality

Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering guest excellence.
Proven ability to manage KPIs, costs, and profitability.
Strong coaching and people development skills.
Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Knowledge of compliance and standards.
