Job summary

Popeyes UK&I in Reading is seeking an experienced Bench Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a busy Popeyes restaurant. You’ll be a proven operator within a fast-paced environment, able to motivate teams to deliver high standards across people, sales, profit and guest experience.

You will ensure HACCP/food safety compliance, manage P&L and costs, recruit and develop staff, and uphold Popeyes quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
