Description

Pasta Evangelists is seeking an exceptional individual to manage our new Farringdon fresh pasta restaurant. The role involves not only serving the freshest pasta but also launching this exciting new location in one of the most vibrant areas of town.

The restaurant will feature open pasta-making stations, lively Italian music, the aroma of ragù, in-house pasta-making classes, delivery via stylish Vespas, and complimentary wine tastings for guests. As General Manager, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience and leading a passionate team dedicated to our fresh pasta concept.

What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:

• Lead the launch and daily operations of our Farringdon restaurant, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from opening day
• Represent the brand in the local community, providing top-tier service and showcasing our fresh pasta offerings
• Build, motivate, and develop a team of passionate staff committed to delivering memorable experiences
• Collaborate with marketing to organize special events such as Italian cooking classes, wine evenings, and family pasta sessions
• Foster a positive work environment where staff can grow and feel valued
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards across the site
• Manage reports, regulations, and adherence to food safety and health & safety standards
• Develop and implement plans to meet business KPIs and manage costs effectively
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through continuous innovation and improvement
