Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of our Farringdon restaurant, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from day one
• Be the welcoming face of Pasta Evangelists Farringdon, delivering top-tier service and promoting our brand in the local community
• Inspire and lead a team of passionate staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Coordinate with marketing to host events like pasta classes, wine evenings, and more
• Ensure safety, health, and quality standards are maintained at all times
• Manage business reports, compliance, and KPIs to meet financial and operational goals
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation to delight customers and increase sales

Candidate Profile

• Excellent motivator and communicator, able to inspire teams and engage with customers
• Well-presented, personable, and comfortable hosting and chatting with guests
