What we're looking for:

If you are passionate about people, drinks, and food, and enjoy customer-facing roles, this position is for you! Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Key qualities include a passion for hospitality, teamwork, confidence in communication, and flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

A day in the life:

You will work in the hotel's restaurant with a dedicated team, providing excellent service to guests. Responsibilities include preparing the bar, greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, up-selling, supporting team members, and assisting in other hotel areas as needed.

• Setting up, prepping, and cleaning the bar.
• Greeting guests and engaging in conversation.
• Taking orders and processing transactions.
• Providing table service.
• Upselling and cross-selling.
• Supporting and coaching new team members.
• Assisting other hotel departments as required.
