A day in the life of…

As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role involves welcoming guests from around the world with friendliness and providing exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient shifts, delivering the best guest experience every time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their orders professionally and courteously
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of food and beverage orders
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Handle payments accurately via cash, card, or other methods
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Serve guests in conference and event spaces
• Assist with room service orders as needed
• Provide consistent, excellent customer service
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
