About the Role

We are looking for a permanent Food & Beverage Assistant to be an integral member of our F&B Operations Team. This role is essential for us, ensuring we are fully prepared for all our exciting events: processing deliveries, rotating, ordering, and replenishing stock around our retail and hospitality areas, and supporting the wider team with all Health and Safety/Food Safety procedures.

We seek an ambitious and driven individual eager to grow their career with an exciting business on a full-time basis.

Alongside operational duties, you will be the first point of contact for our casual F&B workforce and will assist in building their rotas.

Additional Information:

• The role requires working weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

• It involves physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items—manual handling training is desirable but can be provided.

• Support for other ASM venues may be required, with planning in advance.

  • Assisting Retail and Hospitality in daily operations with all operational and ad-hoc tasks
  • Overseeing event nights, acting as the first point of contact for staff, and ensuring high standards in Food and Beverage areas
  • Preparing stock orders for Retail and Hospitality
  • Adhering to all food safety legislation

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Hospitality Operations Experience – Essential
  • Experience in a similar role and business – Essential
  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment – Desirable
  • Experience in event-based environments, ideally within multi-purpose venues – Desirable
  • Knowledge of local and regional entertainment venues
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to manage time efficiently for yourself and others
