This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Department Manager to join a business where people, standards and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything they do.

As Department Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, leading from the front to inspire your team and deliver an outstanding customer journey. You'll have the autonomy to influence store standards, merchandising and overall presentation while ensuring commercial targets are achieved.
