Job summary

Wasabi Sushi and Bento in London seeks a Commercial Analyst – Restaurants to join our Finance team in Park Royal. You will work with the Restaurant Marketing team to analyse pricing, menu decisions and profitability.

Ideally you are a finance, maths or economics graduate with strong Excel skills and experience turning data into clear business recommendations. This is a hands-on role in a growing UK franchise group with exciting expansion plans.

Qualifications

Graduate in Finance, Maths or Economics with strong commercial acumen.
Experience supporting commercial decisions, ideally in QSR, casual dining or retail.

Responsibilities

Work with Restaurant Marketing Director and Head of Food to support menu management, development and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and margin improvement.
Deliver internal and external pricing analysis to support future price increase decisions.
Periodically analyse range and space to maximise profit, coordinating with Marketing Director – Restaurants from idea to execution and post-review analysis.
Analyse ATV by product, basket composition, margin dilution and opportunities for bundling and pricing.
Assess marketing activity in restaurants for both physical estate and delivery to guide investments and channel performance.
