Wasabi Sushi and Bento in London seeks a Commercial Analyst – Restaurants to join our Finance team in Park Royal. You will work with the Restaurant Marketing team to analyse pricing, menu decisions and profitability.

TheCommercialAnalyst–Restaurants will work closely with the Restaurant Marketing team, providing analysis and insight to support commercial decisions.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a finance, Maths or Economics graduate with excellent commercial acumen. They will have some experience supporting commercial decisions, ideally in a QSR, casual dining or retail business.
