LHM Luxury Hotel Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Bartender for a premium hotel restaurant in the Cathedral Quarter.

Join a friendly, professional hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest service, wine and beverage expertise, and polished bar operations. This in-person role requires at least 1 year bartending experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to upsell and manage guest requests in a fast-paced environment.

PROFESSIONAL & EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT BARTENDER WANTED FOR PREMIUM HOTEL RESTAURANT

Located in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter on the historic Bailgate, we are seeking an experienced, professional, enthusiastic and personable Restaurant Bartender to join our hospitality team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food, wineand exceptional guest service to work within a premium hotel restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing an exceptional dining experience
• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails
• Advising guests on wine selections and food pairings
• Supporting restaurant service by assisting with table service when required
• Taking food and drink orders and ensuring accurate delivery to guests
• Upselling wines, beverages, and menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar and restaurant areas
• Processing payments and handling cash accurately
• Adhering to all hotel policies, proceduresand service standards
• Following instructions from management and supervisory teams
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and addressing requests professionally

Training will be provided; however, previous bartending experience is essential.

Flexibility is required as shifts will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality and restaurant experience
• Knowledge of wines and wine service
• Experience in table service and guest-facing restaurant operations
