The Pelican in London is seeking energetic Bartenders to join our vibrant team. You will prepare and serve a range of beverages, deliver exceptional guest service, and contribute to a lively, efficient bar environment.

We encourage a passion for craft drinks and teamwork, with training provided for enthusiastic learners. Expect competitive hourly pay with tips and regional benefits in a fast-moving hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Passion for craft cocktails, beer and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team.
