Job summary

LHM Luxury Hotel Management Ltd's premium cocktail lounge in Lincoln is seeking a Part-time Bar-Back / Bar Support to join our hospitality team. You will assist bartenders during busy periods, ensure stock and glassware are ready, and help maintain a clean, welcoming bar area.

Flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends is required; full training will be provided, with customer service at the core of this role.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during busy service periods.
• Restock spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies.
• Collect and wash glassware.
• Ensure the bar, bar floor and service areas are clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Assist with drink and cocktail preparation.
• Change kegs, replenish ice and maintain stock levels.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist guests when required.
• Support the serving of bar food.
• Adhere to all standards required by the hotel.
• Follow procedures outlined by Heads of Department and Supervisors.
• Stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE BAR-BACK / BAR SUPPORT WANTED FOR HOTEL IN PREMIUM COCKTAIL LOUNGE.

Located in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter on the Bailgate, we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworkingand sociable Bar-Back / Bar Support team member to join our premium cocktail lounge.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting bartenders during busy service periods
• Restocking spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies
• Collecting and washing glassware
• Ensuring the bar, bar floor and service areas are clean, organised and fully stocked
• Assisting with drink and cocktailpreparation
• Changing kegs, replenishing ice and maintaining stock levels
• Delivering excellent customer service and assisting guests when required
• Supporting the serving of bar food
• Adhering to all standards required by the hotel
• Following procedures outlined by Heads of Department and Supervisors
• Standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Fully available on weekends

You will be part of a growing team of amicable, ambitious and inspiring hospitality professionals. You will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, great attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. You will have a good level of written and spoken English, as well as basic numeracy skills and be motivated to work within the hospitality industry.

You must be confident, reliable, a team player and able to work effectively under pressure during busy service periods.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate. Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.

The role will include mornings, evenings and especially weekends, so flexibility in working hours is required.
