As a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor at Kew Green, you’ll have a lot on your plate, constantly striving to enhance each of your customer’s experience. You’ll offer recommendations to your guests, going above and beyond to make everyone’s day. It can be as simple as noticing that Nathaniel’s newborn baby is grouchy and offering to make sure his (large) cup of coffee is never below half full.

What you’ll be doing as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor

• Finding innovative ways to put a smile on every customer's face
• Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
• Juggling customers in our bar and restaurant
• Inspiring your kitchen & bar operations teams to deliver outstanding service across food & beverage
• Contributing towards delivering a consistently outstanding Food & Beverage service to all guests in our hotel
• Developing your understanding of how to positively influence your P&L, whilst being savvy in your contribution to managing labour margins
• Anticipating customers' needs and delivering a focus on enhancing customer experience

What’ll make you a great fit for this role

• You’ll be an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor or a Food & Beverage Assistant seeking progression
• We’ll hedge a guess that you’re able to spin 100 plates at once, not literally – of course, but you’re someone who thrives under pressure
