Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Cumbernauld just outside Glasgow is seeking a customer-focused team member to welcome guests, check in, process payments and handle enquiries with warmth.

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
