Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Organise and supervise staff schedules and shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Promote the venue and its events to drive revenue.
• Create reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
